Dear White Mechanical,
This letter is to commend Kevin Kreutzer and Jeff Martin for a highly competent installation and a fine customer service experience. The two men were a pleasure to work with and made this process easy to live through. Also, Charlie Rutkowski should be mentioned for his capable work in specifying equipment that works well with our 42 year old house. The result is comfort in each room beyond our expectations. We look forward to working with White on our next project.
Our property management called White Mechanical when our AC unit stopped working and they sent Jerry G to our rescue. He was prompt, honest, and extremely thorough. Although it took a few days for the part to be ordered, Jerry followed through as promised; replaced the broken parts, fixed all the leaks, and re-checked the whole system. He was personable and professional. The next time a unit is temperamental in our building, we plan to make a special request to our property manager to send Jerry from White Mechanical. Thank you, Jerry!!
Best service ever!!! So glad they have a Yelp page so I could leave a review for outstanding service!!!Charlie just left and my A/C is fixed and my house is under 90 degrees for the first time in weeks!!! Very, very pleased with the customer service. Charlie was extremely professional, knowledgeable, honest and clean. If it wasn't for my house being cool right now, you would have never even known he was here. He answered all my questions and made sure I was informed of the estimated cost before he started. He never tried to upsell me on anything and did his job extremely proficiently. I had called over 20 companies before I picked White Mechanical and I'm very satisfied with my choice. They also had the soonest appt time in this extreme heat and I didn't have to wait long. He talked very highly of his company, their work and did the job for less than half the price I was quoted by others! He showed me pictures of the leak, explained the process and gave me pointers before he left. Charlie gets the job done! My heroes!!! SERIOUSLY! A/C broke in record heat temps on a Saturday..reached out and Steve responded within minutes. He let me know they were pretty booked due to the high temps but that he would keep me posted if he would be able to come by same day. He was up front with prices. To my surprise he was able within hours to have a technician come out!! Nick arrived and was so professional and QUICK! I love that he had shoe covers and that I could tell he knew what he was doing. He took the time to educate me on a couple of things so that I may be able to troubleshoot myself next time. Turned out I needed a part replaced and AC was up and running quickly. I cannot recommend this company enough..the customer service, professionalism and honesty won me over. Thank you, Nick and Steve!!!
If I could give 10 stars I would! In June, White Mechanical came out to replace our AC unit. Our old unit stopped working YEARS ago. From the time of the estimate to the completion of the job, they showed nothing but the highest level of customer service. Their customer service staff and technicians are top notch! I highly recommend using White Mechanical. As a suggestion - you might want to check your AC unit long before the hot spells start. I can't imagine having to try to schedule an appointment with any company during their busiest time of the year.
Used this company for a new upstairs HVAC unit. Did a great job. They get all the permits for you and offer a discount through Costco. There was a bit of drywall damage to the entrance of our attic because the furnace was large. So they paid for a third party to come out and fix it. Very professional. Highly recommend.

Brent did what he could to get our 30+ year old system up and running, but we finally agreed a replacement was in order. I checked out his proposal with a friend in the HVAC business outside the area who agreed with the diagnosis of the problems, gave high marks to the equipment recommendations, and said the cost was very reasonable.
Brent was prompt responding to our calls, clear in his explanations of problems and solutions, and went out of his way to minimize our inconvenience. By his comments and his actions, he made it clear that customer satisfaction was a top priority.
Brent and Julio did a first-class job installing the new system. They were courteous throughout, worked diligently, explained what they were doing, and left the place spotless.
